Our History
Our knowledge, technique and passion for building has been passed down from generations of builders, designers and craftsmen. One generation learns from the next fusing timeless, traditional building practices with the future of building and building materials. We carry on a legacy of knowledge while pushing ourselves to stay up to date in the technology of today as well and current trends. Starting in the 1970s Loiacono Builders started developing the northwest suburbs specifically Barrington and South Barrington, IL. Today we carry on that legacy and continue to build upon the collection of custom homes throughout the Chicagoland area.
